Fees for all other groups, scout groups, nonprofits, rentals and the public are $1 O per person per show. There is a 25-person minimum for group programs. Maximum group size for most shows is 75 people; larger groups can be split.<\/p>\n<p>Reservations are mandatory and due in writing 30 days prior to the program. For questions about available dates and reservations please contact us at 973-328-5070 or useofcollegefacilities@ccm.e_d_u. Programs are scheduled as needed and as staff time permits. The best days to schedule are generally Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The planetarium is closed on Sundays. Please do include what month, day of the week, and time you are interested in.<\/p>\n<p>Admission fees are per person (everyone attending) per show, non-refundable and cannot be used for any other show or time (unless the program is cancelled by the college).<\/p>\n<p>Payment is by check or bank transfer only; credit and debit cards cannot be used for school or group programs. Make checks out to &#8220;County College of Morris.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Lunchroom space is available, but arrangements must be made as part of your reservation. It must indicate your organization has a general liability policy with limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and a $2,000,000 aggregate. The County College of Morris and the County of Morris must be named additional insured with a copy of the endorsement attached.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\n\n\r\n<section class=\"spacer small\"><\/section>\n\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wysiwyg-block nav-section fade-in-container  full-li-items\" id=\"\">\r\n    <div class=\"offset-x-desktop-162 fade-el\">\r\n        <div class=\"max-w-container w-1596\">\r\n            <h2>Seating<\/h2>\n<p>At the Longo Planetarium most shows are limited to 74 people. You must provide an accurate headcount including all students, teachers, nurses, adults and chaperones in your group. Overbooking is specifically prohibited. Keep in mind if you exceed the limit, under no circumstances will chairs be added or sitting on the floor be permitted (which obstructs aisles and is a violation of fire safety codes).<\/p>\n<p>All programs start promptly at the times indicated. Late entry will not be allowed into the dome, so make sure to arrive early, and plan for unexpected delays in travel and parking.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\n\n\r\n<section class=\"spacer small\"><\/section>\n\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wysiwyg-block nav-section fade-in-container  full-li-items\" id=\"\">\r\n    <div class=\"offset-x-desktop-162 fade-el\">\r\n        <div class=\"max-w-container w-1596\">\r\n            <p><a name=\"schools\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Directions for School Groups<\/h2>\n<p>County College of Morris is located at 214 Center Grove Rd., Randolph, NJ 07869. Like many college campuses, you can&#8217;t drive directly to academic buildings.<\/p>\n<p>Our usual drop-off location in Lot #6 is closed due to construction, so once you are on campus, follow the signs for Lots #7 &amp; 8 instead. The main road ends in a loop around Lots #7 &amp; 8. If you follow the loop, it brings you to the Physical Education\/Health Sciences building. Have the bus drop you off there. Follow the blue planetarium signs down the path to the left of that building towards the center of campus. Keep following the path until you reach Cohen Hall. The building has a large &#8220;LONGO PLANETARIUM&#8221; sign across the front. What he saw changed our understanding of the universe forever. Since that time, telescopes have made it possible for us to explore our universe and discover amazing things.
